Tantric Sensuality (Intro into self healing)

Tantric in sanskrit means “to weave.” In the Indian traditions, it also means any systematic broadly applicable "text, theory, system, method, instrument, technique or practice.”

In this case, Tantric Sensuality is simply a method or technique in which to tap into one’s sensual energy for optimal achievement of pleasure and intimacy within oneself.

The principle of Yin and Yang is the foundation of the entire universe. It underlies everything in creation. This principle applies to Tantric Sensuality in a way that it is our own yin/yang energies within that must be intertwined in a harmonic way, in which to access deep emotional understanding, passion and desire.

The Tantric Touch is touching with intention activated through the heart center. My added definition is using the Negative (yin) energies and positive (yang) energies to channel healing energy from the Sacral Chakra, and out through your hands.
